School board meetings are held on the second Monday of the month at 6:30PM. These meetings are open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend. There is a "Public Comment" segment held at each regular monthly meeting.

Meeting sites rotate on a monthly basis between: 

Early Childhood Elementary School, 19930 Touchstone, in Somerset 
Barrera Veterans Elementary School, 4135 Smith Road, in Von Ormy.

However, due to holidays or other reasons, a meeting may be rescheduled for another time and/or additional board meetings or public hearings may be called within the same month. Special meetings may be called at any time.  

Notices are posted at least 72 hours in advance on the bulletin board at the District Central Office and on this web site. All campus buildings are handicap accessible with designated handicap parking spaces reserved at the front entrance of each facility.
